Concrete is the final step for foundations in construction, so repeat business is expected. However, we take on a variety of one-off jobs for customers as well as regulars. How does this work logistically? We’ll explain:

Unlike Rhino Piling – where a site-visit and estimate need to be calculated – concrete is often booked mere hours in advance. This can be due to a builder finishing the job sooner than expected, or due to another concrete firm being more difficult to deal with. Because of this, our phones are always ringing with people in need of concrete, and quickly.

But what does this mean in terms of repeat business? The key to making this work boils down to three factors:

Punctuality

If people order concrete, they usually need in sooner rather than later. To tackle this, our concrete teams arrive early and load their wagons with materials (if they aren’t already filled before leaving the previous day) and get to the first job as early as the customer allows. Due to this, it becomes much easier to make time the rest of the day.

Availability

We need to be prepared to take on jobs of any kind, and slot them into our already busy schedule. We do not discriminate between new customers and regulars, so everyone gets the same service. Because of this fairness (and punctuality) even the one-off customers will use us again or pass on good graces to others who might use us.

Service

As before mentioned, a high quality of service goes a long way. Our teams are professional on-site, courteous and offer help where they can. Because of this, we have a roster of regular customers who keep our wagons busy, and they have a steady supply of consistent concrete.
